What ID Documents do I need to send in?
First of all, make sure that you take the pictures in a room filled with light, you can use your camera flash but make sure it does not cover any information. This will give you pictures that are crisp, clear and readable. Secondly, please make sure to take a picture showing the full document.
1. Proof of identity
Special Conditions: Will accept Passport or Driving License if it has expired up to 3 years ago.
- Driving Licence
- Passport
- Birth Certificate
- A Government-Issued Letter Including DOB
- National Identity Card Showing Photograph And Expiry Date
- Foreign Identity Card
- Marriage Certification Showing DOB
2. Proof of address
Special Conditions: Please note that any letters or documentation sent in need to be issue dated within the last three months.
- Utility Bill
- NHS Letter
- Government-Issued Letter
- Payslip (including logo, address and date)
- Bank Statement
- Electoral Register Entry
- Current Driving Licence (providing this is separate from proof of identity)
- Solicitors Letter
- HMRC Self-Assessment Letters or Tax Demand dated within the current financial year
- Any Other Government Officially Registered Letters
