Terms & Conditions
The following is a list of terms and conditions for participation in Pragmatic Play’s Drops & Wins - ‘Treasure Island Madness” Network Promotion (the “Network Promotion”) for Pragmatic Play’s operators (the “Operator(s)”), whether offered directly or through a platform provider. The Network Promotion shall run from 6th of March 2024 to 5th of March 2025 (the “Network Promotion Term”) as a global promotion for Pragmatic Play’s network and the game shows (the “Participating game types”).
By participating in the Network Promotion, you hereby agree to abide by these terms and conditions. Moreover, these terms and conditions shall be subject to and be read in conjunction with the terms and conditions set out in the Software Licence Agreement entered between Pragmatic Play and the Operator. Any capitalised terms contained herein which are not defined shall have the same meaning used in the iGaming/gambling industry.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This Network Promotion is operated by Pragmatic Play. The prize pool is shared across the network of Operators which opt in to this Network Promotion.
The Network Promotion includes daily prize drops (as described below) and/or one-day tournaments (as described below) (collectively or individually referred to as the “Promotional Mechanics*”), which will be held weekly exclusively on the selected game shows (the “Participating Game(s)**”) for the duration of the Network Promotion Term, as follows:
Between 8th of January 2025 and 5th of March 2025, the Promotion will run exclusively on Treasure Island (the “Participating Game” for the selected dates) and will include:
A total of fifty-six (56) daily prize drops (each a “Treasure Island Prize Drop”), with each Treasure Island Prize Drop running from every Wednesday at 18:01 to the following Wednesday at 17:59.
*The Promotional Mechanics may be subject to change during the Promotion Term at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion. Any such changes will be communicated to the Operators one (1) month before implementation.

During the Promotion Term, each prize drop and/or tournament will be referred individually as a promotion (“Promotion”).
To participate in any Promotion, players must open the Participating Game and join/opt in.
The total expected prize pool for the entire Network Promotion is four million one hundred and sixty thousand British Pounds Sterling (£4,160,000).
For the avoidance of doubt, any undistributed portion of the prize pool at the end of any specific Promotion shall be carried forward into subsequent stages or into the next Network Promotion.
The Network Promotion prizes may be won by players in the form of fixed cash amounts as set out in the respective prize table further below.
All prizes won during the Network Promotion Term will be paid out as a fixed cash amount prizes with no wagering requirements.
MECHANICS
In order to be eligible to participate in a Promotion, a player is required to place a real money bet with a minimum of twenty pence (20p)* or the equivalent amount in the available currency on the participating game(s) is required (hereinafter a “Qualifying Bet”).
*Exceptions may apply to Argentina, where the minimum bet requirement is the equivalent of eighteen Euro cents (£0.18).
Only the first three hundred and fifty (350) Qualifying Bets* within each Promotion (the “Qualifying Bets Limit”) will be counted towards each Promotion. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.
*Exceptions may apply to the Qualifying Bets Limit throughout the Promotion Term. Such exception is applied to Mega Roulette Madness, where only the first one hundred (100) Qualifying Bets within each Promotion will be counted towards the Qualifying Bets Limit. All Qualifying Bets placed after reaching the Qualifying Bets Limit will not be counted towards each Promotion.
The Promotion rules and prize tables are built in the Participating Game. The prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
Prizes will be paid out as per the ‘Prizes’ tab found in each of the Participating Game.
Prizes are paid out in the form of fixed cash amounts.

Treasure Island Daily Prize Drops Mechanics:
To qualify in a Treasure Island Daily Prize Drop, a player must place a Qualifying Bet in the Participating Game.
One (1) Qualifying Bet may trigger one (1) prize from the prize pool during each Promotion.
A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Treasure Island Daily Prize Drop.
The random Treasure Island Prize Drop rules and prize tables are built in the Participating Game. The Prize Drops prize table updates in real-time showing the current standings as well as the number of prizes left.
The Treasure Island Daily Prize Drop will end daily upon the earlier of: (i) 17:59 or (ii) when there are no more prizes left during the selected promotional dates.
How players may participate in a Treasure Island Daily Prize Drop
A player must join or opt-in to the Treasure Island Daily Prize Drop and must place a Qualifying Bet on the Participating Game.
Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Treasure Island Daily Prize Drop period.
A player may win multiple random prize drops during each Promotion Day.
NETWORK PROMOTION TERM: Including Treasure Island Daily Prize Drops:
To be eligible to participate in the Treasure Island Daily Prize Drops, a player shall be required to place a Qualifying Bet according to the following terms and conditions:
All bets placed before the maximum number of bets is reached and satisfy the required minimum bet or the equivalent amount in the available currencies on the participating game(s) will be eligible in the Treasure Island Daily Prize Drops.
Any Qualifying Bet placed on any of the participating games may trigger one (1) random prize from the prize pool during a Treasure Island Prize Drop period.

PRIZE POOL TREASURE ISLAND DAILY PRIZE DROP:
Win criteria: Any real money bet placed with the required minimum stake in the Participating Game may trigger a random cash prize. Prizes: Expected weekly prize pool of thirty-one thousand and five hundred British Pounds Sterling (£ 31,500) in total, and an expected daily prize pool of four thousand and five hundred British Pounds Sterling (£ 4,500) across two hundred and fifty (250) prizes in the form of fixed cash amounts.

GENERAL RULES
Any and all prizes will be granted pursuant to these terms and conditions, which Pragmatic Play may, in its discretion, amend at any time.
Pragmatic Play shall pay out an estimated four million one hundred and sixty thousand British Pounds Sterling (£4,160,000) in aggregate for the Network Promotion during the Network Promotion Term.
It is the responsibility of the Operator to ensure that the prize promotion is conducted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which the Network Promotion is offered.
In-game tool languages: Arabic, Armenian, Bulgarian, Chinese, Croatian, Czech, Dutch, English, Estonian, Finnish, French, Georgian, German, Greek, Hungarian, Indonesian, Japanese, Korean, Malaysian, Norwegian, Persian, Polish, Portuguese, Romanian, Russian, Serbian, Slovak, Spanish, Thai, Turkish, Ukrainian, and Vietnamese.
In-game tool currency: Pragmatic Play’s games support all currencies included in the standard currency system ISO 4217 (“Available Currency”).
The minimum bet currency equivalent is to be found in a separate document attached in the dedicated Drops & Wins section for the Network Promotion called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, the minimum bet will be rounded up to the next higher available bet size in the participating game. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole discretion.
The currency conversion rates equivalent is to be found in a separate document attached in the dedicated Drops & Wins section for the Network Promotion called “Drops & Wins Conversion rates”. If the currency-locked value is unavailable, then a system conversion rate locked in for the period of a Promotion will be used instead. The Drops & Wins Conversion rates shall be updated at Pragmatic Play’s sole and absolute discretion.
The payment of cash prizes must not be conditioned on any wagering requirements. Players shall be able to withdraw prizes immediately should they elect to do so.
Prizes/wins may be subjected to any verification processes as may be required by Pragmatic Play.
An Operator with a winning player(s) must inform the winning player of the prize and shall credit the cash prize to the winning player’s account within seventy-two (72) hours following the end of the relevant Promotion.
Pragmatic Play reserves the right to thoroughly review players activities to identify any potential abuse. Pragmatic Play may require the Operator’s assistance in this review from a risk management perspective and to ensure fair play within our Network Promotion. If the review indicates abusive behaviour, Pragmatic Play reserves the right to forfeit any amounts paid to winning players, which will be communicated to the Operator and will not be deducted from the Operator's invoice.
Any players located in Italy, Denmark, Lithuania, Sweden, and Portugal shall be excluded from participating in the Network Promotion.
If the terms & conditions have been translated into various languages these reflect the same principles. However, in case of any discrepancies between the different language versions, the English version shall prevail.
Pragmatic Play reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Network Promotion, including any related terms and conditions, at any time. Any such amendment will not affect players that have opted-in unless the amendment is required to manage/prevent fraud and other unlawful behaviour.
