NFL Week 14 Predictions & Tips

Week 14 is the final week in the NFL season during which teams are on byes, with six teams all resting up for the business end of the campaign.

There are still 13 games scheduled across the NFL in the coming days and we have picked out our best bets.

Tip 1: Miami Dolphins -6 vs New York Jets @ 22/25

Miami Dolphins and New York Jets meet for the first time this season when they lock horns at the Hard Rock Stadium.

Sunday's game could have been one of the matches that helped decide the AFC East title, but both teams have struggled to live up to their pre-season expectations.

New York will be officially eliminated from play-off contention with a defeat, and that should be what happens. The Jets put all their faith in Aaron Rodgers, but the 41-year-old has only lived up to the hype in one game this season.

The former Green Bay Packers ace is missing easy throws and, more importantly, failing to lead his team through close games, which is why the Jets added him to their roster.

Miami won three games in a row in November before their 30-17 defeat to the Green Bay Packers, but they should be able to get back on track against the Jets, who have made the same mistakes every week throughout the campaign.

Tip 2: Over 43.5 points in Cleveland Browns at Pittsburgh Steelers @ 9/10

Two AFC North teams will collide at the Acrisure Stadium in Pittsburgh, where the Steelers will be hosting the Cleveland Browns.

The Steelers sit at the top of the division thanks to their 9-3 record, but they may be pushed all the way by the Browns, even though they sit bottom of the division with a 3-9 record.

Cleveland's 41-32 defeat to the Denver Broncos last week means the franchise will endure their 22nd losing season out of the last 26, but they have players fighting for their jobs.

Quarterback Jameis Winston and running back Nick Chubb are both hoping to earn starting roles in 2025, so expect them to give it their all.

Cleveland beat the Steelers 24-19 in Week 12, so they know they can be competitive against Mike Tomlin's team.

This could be a straight shootout between the Steelers, who average 24.7 points per game, and the Browns, who will be led by Winston, who threw for 497 yards last weekend.

Tip 3: Under 39.5 points in Jacksonville Jaguars at Tennessee Titans @ 22/25

Jacksonville quarterback Trevor Lawrence is set to miss out due to concussion this week, while the Jaguars are already without wide receiver Gabe Davis.

Doug Pederson's team have lost their last five games, failing to score more than 20 points in their previous three encounters.

Jacksonville were limited to seven points against the Minnesota Vikings and six points against the Detroit Lions and, while the Tennessee Titans are not as formidable as those teams, they should have some joy with Lawrence set to watch from the sidelines.

Tennessee have struggled on offence all season, with only four teams scoring less than them per game.

Both the Jaguars and Titans are in the top 10 for fewest points scored per game in the NFL, so the unders line is the safe play this week.
