The Big Game Betting Tips - Will Kansas Make The Three Peat?

The Big Game takes place on Sunday, with Philadelphia set to take on Kansas City, who are aiming for a historic third title in a row.

No team has done that, and standing in their way are the NFC Champions, Philadelphia, who recorded a record-breaking 55-23 win over Washington last time out.

Here, we pick out the best bets for what is set to be an enthralling matchup.

Tip 1 - Kansas City Chiefs -1 Handicap @ 10/11

Kansas City are chasing a historic third win in a row and is fancied to secure it when they meet Philadelphia in this year’s showdown in New Orleans.

These two teams met in The Big Game two seasons ago, with the Chiefs coming out on top and they have found a way to get the job done throughout this season.

Andy Reid’s aggressive playcalling, the brilliance of Patrick Mahomes and a few slices of fortune along the way have helped Kansas City dominate in close games and their ability to come up with a score in crucial situations will be key here.

They have won 15 consecutive games that were decided by seven points or fewer and, despite the brilliance of the Eagles and their running game, Kansas City are fancied to secure the victory in what is set to be an ultra-competitive affair.

Kansas City are on the brink of history and Mahomes can lead them there.

Tip 2 - Saquon Barkley over 124.5 rushing yards @ 29/20

Saquon Barkley has been the story of the NFL this season, dominating defenses and having one of the best campaigns ever for a running back.

The free agent signing became just the ninth player ever to rush for 2,000 yards this season and just missed out on the all-time rushing record after he was rested for their final game of the regular season.

He also has a record seven touchdowns of 60 or more yards this year and his ability to produce explosive plays means that his rushing yards total looks under serious threat.

No player has ever rushed for more than 100 yards against Reid’s Kansas City team in the playoffs, but they have never faced a player in the form that Barkley is and he is fancied to go over the total.

Tip 3 - Xavier Worthy anytime touchdown scorer @ 13/8

Mahomes has managed to succeed this season without a standout wide receiver, but Xavier Worthy has started to carry more and more of the burden for this team recently.

The explosive wideout has three touchdowns in his last four games, and his speed makes him an extremely dangerous weapon in this Kansas City offense.

Take him to add to that tally and record another score in this year’s Big Game.
