About Kempton Park Racecourse

Kempton racecourse is one of the top all-weather tracks in the world, the well-known racing venue is known for the it's floodlit, left handed polytrack that allows high-quality rating across the year. The racecourse goes back to 1878 but is constantly renovated to make the course one of the more modern courses for UK & Irish races. The racecourse is easily accessible for racegoers, so if you're attending an event, you shouldn't have too many issues getting to the course.

Top Flat Races at Kempton

The Magnolia Stakes: A listed flat race run over 1 mile, typically held in late March or early April.

The Easter Stakes: Another listed flat race, usually taking place in April and covering a distance of 1 mile.

The Sirenia Stakes: A Group 3 flat race for two-year-olds over 6 furlongs, often held in early September.

The September Stakes: A Group 3 race for horses aged three and older, run over 1 mile 4 furlongs in early September.

The Hyde Stakes: A listed flat race contested over 1 mile, frequently run in September.

Kauto Star Novices' Chase: Open to four year olds and over, the Kauto Star Novices' Chase is run over 3 miles and is a top fixture in December.

Kempton Park Chase: A Grade 3 steeplechase held in February over a distance of 3 miles.

Adonis Juvenile Hurdle: A Grade 2 hurdle race for juveniles, often seen as a trial for the Triumph Hurdle at the Cheltenham Festival, run in February.

Kempton Mares' Hurdle: A Grade 2 race for mares, run over 2 miles and 5 furlongs in November.
