Premier League Matchday 33 Betting Tips

Another crucial weekend of Premier League action lies ahead, with title rivals Liverpool and Arsenal both facing an away trip to a lesser light. The Reds and the Gunners will be expecting road success.

Arsenal visit Ipswich on Sunday afternoon, while later in the day Liverpool are hosted by Leicester. With a 13-point gap between Liverpool and Arsenal, the Londoners in particular are facing what appears to be a must-win mission as they head to East Anglia.

We have made selections for five of the most attractive Premier League matches for you to consider.

Tip 1 - Over 3.5 goals in Brentford v Brighton @ 6/4

Two mid-table sides meet in the spring sunshine, and there is no reason for caution. Expect Brentford and Brighton both to play with positivity, and for this to turn into an attractive contest between a pair of entertaining sides.

Brentford's 16 home games this season have yielded 57 goals, while Brighton's 16 away games have seen a total of 56. Picking a winner of Bees versus Gulls is not easy, but expect goals to flow at the Gtech Community Stadium.

Tip 2 - Over 3.5 goals in Aston Villa v Newcastle @ 33/20

Aston Villa's European adventure is over, with Paris St-Germain proving too tough an opponent to overcome, but the French giants are the only side to have stopped Villa winning in the Midlanders' last 10 games.

Unai Emery's team, who beat PSG 3-2 in a second-leg thriller on Tuesday night, remain full of confidence. Expect an attacking approach when they host Newcastle on Saturday. Villa have scored three goals in five of their last seven games. Newcastle beat Villa 3-0 when they met at St James' Park on Boxing Day and the Magpies have scored 12 goals in their last three games.

Tip 3 - Arsenal/Arsenal half-time, full-time v Ipswich Town @ 21/20

Arsenal are in Champions League dreamland after defeating Real Madrid 5-1 on aggregate in their quarter-final, and the Gunners should make light work of Ipswich Town on Sunday.

Mikel Arteta's team know that three points are essential if they are to have any hope of catching Liverpool in the title race. Arsenal should be gung-ho from the off and appeal at odds-against in the half-time, full-time market.

Tip 4 - Liverpool to beat Leicester and both teams to score @ 17/10

Liverpool should retain their advantage at the top of the table by defeating Leicester at the King Power Stadium, but the Foxes may get on the scoresheet too.

Liverpool have conceded in five of their last six games, becoming more vulnerable after exiting the Champions League, and Leicester, who scored twice at Brighton last Saturday, are good enough to bolster that statistic.

Tip 5 - Tottenham v Nottingham Forest draw @ 11/4

The Monday night football could prove a less exciting fixture than hoped for. Tottenham's midweek European duties may have taken plenty from them, while Nottingham Forest players may have one eye on their FA Cup semi-final.

A draw would suit the aims of both sides and looks good value in the match result market.
