Premier League: Matchday 29 Preview

Another dramatic weekend of Premier League action lies ahead, including a mouthwatering London derby between Arsenal and Chelsea at the Emirates Stadium on Sunday afternoon.

In the pick of the Saturday games, champions Manchester City host Brighton at the Etihad Stadium and with league leaders Liverpool in EFL Cup action, the chasing pack have a chance to close the gap.

We have made selections for five of the most attractive Premier League matches for you to consider.

Tip 1 - Over 3.5 goals in Manchester City v Brighton @ 6/5

This season has not gone to plan for Manchester City, but Pep Guardiola's men remain prolific goalscorers on home soil, with a high-scoring fixture against Brighton looking likely.

City, who fired four goals past Newcastle at the Etihad last month, are expected to start on the front foot against a team who have lost on their last seven visits to City.

Brighton, who scored four goals at Southampton in February, carry plenty of attacking threat themselves and it wouldn’t be a surprise to see a total of four goals or more in the game.

Tip 2 - Over 2.5 Bournemouth goals v Brentford @ 31/20

Bournemouth fans remain in dreamland, just outside the European places in the Premier League and still chasing FA Cup glory, and more joy could be coming for Cherries supporters on Saturday.

Brentford are dangerous going forward, but they do offer plenty of chances at the back, and the Cherries will feel they can take advantage.

The Bees have enjoyed a recent revival on the road, but the results have come against poor opposition, and Bournemouth have the tools to end the visitors’ recent away success.

Tip 3 - Arsenal v Chelsea - Draw @ 13/5

Arsenal fans are bubbling over with frustration after three games without a win in the Premier League - and further disappointment may be coming for the Gunners on Sunday.

Arsenal lost to West Ham at the Emirates last month, and another London rival may add to Mikel Arteta's woes on Sunday.

Chelsea are well equipped to take a point from their short trip to north London, as they seek a third consecutive league win. Enzo Maresca revealed that Cole Palmer was suffering from illness in the 1-0 win over Leicester and the England star should be back to full fitness for this one.

Tip 4 - Fulham to beat Tottenham @ 49/50

Another London derby on Sunday can go the way of Fulham, who look to have a great chance to beat Tottenham at Craven Cottage.

The Cottagers are eight points ahead of Spurs in the Premier League table and can confirm that superiority on home soil.

Fulham, buoyed by their progress in the FA Cup, have not played since last Saturday, so should be full of hunger and vigour on Sunday.

Tottenham, in contrast, have only two days rest between their Europa League commitments and the trip across the capital.

Tip 5 - Leicester v Manchester United draw @ 27/10

Manchester United, like Spurs, have a Thursday-night Europa League mission negatively affecting their Premier League preparations.

United appear poor value favourites for their visit to Leicester, who are six points from safety and desperately need a positive result to bolster their hopes of survival.

Former Manchester United caretaker manager Ruud van Nistelrooy should be able to identify points of weakness in the Red Devils' squad and will look to take advantage of some fatigue.
